KSNA Badge Application

---

• Badges are only issued to active members. If you are flying less than 10hr/yr or have large gaps in usage (>6mo) we will notify you to coordiante return of your badge.
•  Badges must be turned in to Bear Flag Flyers prior to leaving the club.
• Failure to turn in your badge is a $300 fine (imposed by the airport).
• Badge application is $21
• Lost Badge first time is $31, 2nd $56, 3rd $108
• If you forget you pin go to the badging office (0730-1200 and 1300-1700) to reset it. 
• You need a hangtag along with your badge - email suppart@bearflagflyers.com and let us know if you want it mailed to you or if you want to pick it up in person.

Log in to airbadge following link being sent  to email from airbadge, complete your application there and submit documentation

Note:

- For persons who have been previously issued a badge, the airport badging office will have to initiate this and unfrotunately they may take multiple weeks to do so.

- For persons who have not been issued a badge previously, expect this email within 1-2 days following your request in step 1

A background check will be completed which usually takes a couple of days. Once this is completed you will get an email to take the driving training. Once you completed this training the badging office will review and then approve you to pickup a badge. 

You will get an email when your training is completed at which point you will schedule a appointment to pickup your badge and pay the $21 fee. 

MAKE SURE TO BRING TO THE APPOINTMENT:

- Driver License 

- Passport or 

- Whatever document you submitted with your application. 

You will set a 4 digit pin MAKE SURE TO REMEMBER THIS. You will need it everytime you enter the airport. 

Once you have your badge, email support@bearflagflyers.com and let us know if you would like one mailed to you or if you would like to pick one up from our location 10min south of KSNA.
